Hello

On April 15th, TeamBonding celebrated 20 years of training and entertaining teams like yours. Needless to say, we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you.

We have been growing, developing, refining, and delivering fun, affordable, high-quality teambuilding programs to an impressive list of clients since 1987. We are constantly developing new exciting programs and would like to share some highlights with you.

Military Care PackageOur philanthropic programs continue to build teams and the community. Our newest program is Operation: Military Care Package.

Here is what the client said, "Participants were overwhelmingly pleased with the aspect of building the care packages and then sending them overseas. The charitable aspect worked really, really well. It was a great success. Roy did a really phenomenal job and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!"

Our charitable programs are very popular, successful, and heart-warming events. Charity Bike BuildOur Charity Bike Build continues to build teams as does our Team Teddy Rescue Bear and Go Green Racing programs.

And our new Fare to Share program combines our popular culinary teambuilding with a giveback to soup kitchens and homeless shelters. Ask us about the program that would best fit your team.

We are launching TrainingPath.com in May. TrainingPath is the new name of the world-class Team Development Institute led by 25 year veteran master facilitator Roy Charette. Roy’s team members average over 15 years of experience each in high-impact corporate training.

Here is an excerpt from an article written by the Hartford Business Journal that will give you a little insight into the type of talent we can now offer your company in team and leadership development with TrainingPath.

HBJ: Why is there such a huge emphasis on team building in today’s corporate world?

ROY CHARETTE: One of the main reasons that team building is so successful is that the process a group moves through when presented with an interactive challenge, simulates the critical steps that occur in the work environment when completing a project or other work related task. These steps include clear identification of the task – making sure that everyone understands the desired outcomes, brainstorming potential solutions, establishing a shared vision, implementing the plan that they feel has the best potential for success, re-evaluating during the process and incorporating revisions as necessary. A thorough debrief is then conducted to identify and rectify individual and team barriers as it relates to productivity. Another reason that team-building programs are so popular is that there are literally hundreds of activities to choose from varying in difficulty and ranging in length from 15 minutes to several days. With such variety, a catered program can be developed which is designed specifically for the needs of that particular group.

Training Path offers half and full day workshops in Presentation skills, Situational Leadership, Stress Management, Time Management, Myers-Briggs type indicator, DiSC, Managing the Unexpected, Team Building, Feedback and Coaching. All of your team building and training needs will be available from one source.
